The product & company is well branded so we are seeking your expertise in managing and expanding a successful team and this company services a variety of markets run through a Central Reservations area.

** Specialty & Niche market

Predominantly a domestic product so relevant product knowledge here an advantage.

Seeking candidates with previous experience in a Call Centre Manager environment.

You will be managing a team of 20 – 25 consultants in split teams and areas in a call centre environment.

Envisaged start date for this role is June or July so initially to qualify for application screens we invite you to send a brief summary (1 – 2 page pages) of how you have achieved previous successful results in a similar role, including strategies, KPI’s and outcomes.

Call Centre experience in a wholesale and or retail exposure will be highly considered.

OTE $80k+ for the candidate that fits the bill.
