ACSI rates hotels’ customer service

Americans have voted Marriott International as the hotel chain that provides the best customer service.
In a new survey from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Marriott brands took three of the top five spots, with the midscale Fairfield Inn & Suites being declared the overall winner and JW Marriott coming in second.
Rounding out the top five were Hilton’s Embassy Suites and Hyatt Regency.
"For Marriott the good news is that its properties turn in the best scores across all lodging types in which it competes," says ACSI chairman Claes Fornell.
