Agent earns $60,000 commission in one month
TravelManagers’ Daniela Tatonetti, from Wanneroo in Western Australia, has achieved the highest commission ever earned for a personal travel manager in a single month.
Tatonetti, a finalist in the 2011 Avis Scholarship of Excellence, earned $60,000 commission in March.
“This is the largest commission month I have ever had in 16 years," she said.
TravelManagers’ executive general manager, Mandy Scotney, said the ability for personal travel managers to earn significant commission is very strong with their model.
"TravelManagers provides its personal travel managers with buying power equivalent to that of a national travel agency network, while the partnerships we have with our suppliers are built on lifetime relationships with our directors and senior executives."
TravelManagers is licensed in all Australian states and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of House of Travel, New Zealand’s largest independent travel company which has a forecast turnover of $1 billion for 2011.
Tatonetti added, "My earning capacity with TravelManagers is equal to or better than owning my own travel agency, and I don’t have to worry about rent, staff and compliance costs or franchise fees."
