Malaysia-based budget carrier AirAsia X plans to add new long-haul routes from Kuala Lumpur to London, Dubai and Istanbul.
It expects to start the routes by the year-end. It would mark a return to London after scrapping the route ten years ago.
It will also restart four routes to Japan and resume Hawaii flights.
AirAsia X has recently exited restructuring, paying off just 0.5 per cent of the multi-billion debt it owed.
