Another China Southern Airlines exec caught in corruption probe

Chinese anti-corruption investigators are again scutinising China Southern Airlines, after its chairman was the latest official accused of graft.
The Communist Party Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said chairman Si Xianmin is ‘suspected of severe disciplinary violations,’ which is typically used in China to describe allegations of corruption.
The airline, which is China’s largest by fleet size, had previously been singled out and investigated after accounting irregularities were found.
Four executives at the airline were removed due to ‘job-related crimes’ and executive vice-president Liu Qian was also reportedly forced out under suspicion of bribery last month.
