Rewards company Avios has appointment of Lisa Harris as customer director.
Harris has previously worked with MTV, Yahoo, Betfair, Netflix and most recently HBO Europe.
Reporting into Avios CEO Gavin Halliday, she is joining Avios to develop new ways to continue to engage customers.
