Thursday, 04 Apr, 2006 0

Holidaybreak has extended the role of non-executive chairman Bob Ayling for a further three years, the group has announced.

The extension came despite Ayling being appointed chairman of music property rights company Sanctuary Group.

Holidaybreak said will not interfere with his existing role.

Holidaybreak chief executive Carl Michel said: “I am delighted Bob will remain chairman for at least the next three years.

“Under his leadership, Holidaybreak has developed as a rapidly growing European specialist holiday group selling more than three million holidays a year.

“I am sure we will enjoy more success going forward.”
