Carnival Inspiration undergoes renovation
Carnival Inspiration will go into a three-week dry dock for a multi-million-dollar makeover this month.
Due to be finished on February 5, the work, in Portland, Oregon, will see new restaurants and bars developed on the 2,052-passenger ship.
These will include a poolside Guy’s Burger Joint, for free burgers and fries, and BlueIguana Cantina, a complimentary poolside Mexican eatery.
The ship will also get three new bars – the Caribbean-style Redfrog Rym Bar, a vintage-themed cocktail bar, Alchemy Bar, and the Mexican-themed BlueIguana Tequila Bar.
Following the renovation, the ship will resume its year-round schedule of three- and four-day Baja cruises from Long Beach, California.
