CDC puts Spain in high risk travel advisory

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) added to its high risk travel advisory, designating five more European in the Level 4 category. It added Spain. Finland, Gibraltar, Monaco, and San Marino.
The ‘Level 4: Covid-19 Very High’ tier is the highest risk level, with advice to avoid travel.
Lebanon, Chad and the Caribbean island of Bonaire were also added. A ‘Level 4’ is triggered when there are 500 infections per 100,000 population. So of far, the CDC has placed 88 countries on Level 4 tier.
