Cendant, Best Western sign deal
Cendant Travel Distribution Services and Best Western International announced a new multi-year distribution and services agreement.
The deal provides worldwide Best Western properties full access to Cendant TDS’ full suite of distribution products and services.
Cendant TDS is working with Best Western to automate the online reservation process for net rate bookings, according to the company.
The agreement will provide participating Best Western hotels exposure across Cendant TDS’ various distribution channels including CheapTickets and Lodging.com
The new partnership will enhance the hotel company’s efficiency and profitability through expanded distribution. Consumers will have expanded access, according to Cendant’s news release announcing the move.
“Cendant TDS hotel partners like Best Western recognize the value of our diverse distribution offering with a reach that includes more than 44,000 travel agency locations and millions of online customers,” said Michael W. McCormick, executive vice president, Hospitality and Leisure, Cendant Travel Distribution Services.
