Citalia launches 2024 escorted tours
Italy specialist Citalia has announced a new series of exclusive escorted tours for 2024.
It comes ahead of the peaks season to meet an increase in demand.
Each escorted tour is a maximum of 18 guests and offers a more authentic experience some of Italy’s major highlights.
They are led by an expert guide showcasing more about Italy’s history, architecture, culture and food.
It follows a 25% increase in demand for Citalia’s escorted tours in 2023.

This trip takes in olive oil tasting in Ostuni, baroque architecture in Lecce and the opportunity to make Puglia’s own pasta, orecchiette, as well as explore the caves of Castellana.

Gastronomic Highlights of Emilia Romagna
A tour of one of Italy’s most celebrated foodie regions, taking in charming towns and food producers across Bologna, Parma and Modena. Guests have the opportunity to sample Parma ham, balsamic vinegar and learn about Parmigiano Reggiano.
