Cruise line adds land options

Holland America Line is adding a variety of new land excursions that can be booked online.

The cruise line is adding an extra day of unscheduled time in its Cruise Tour itineraries, said Richard D. Meadows, senior vice president, marketing and sales.

“And now both our Cruise and CruiseTour excursions can be pre-reserved online,” he said.

Booked guests who already have a seven-digit booking number can go online to view excursions specific to their cruise or CruiseTour itinerary.

New choices for Alaska include an extra day in Denali on most CruiseTours for a chance to explore the park via helicopter, river raft, horseback, covered wagon or by jeep.

Other options include golf or fishing.
