Cyprus will allow vaccinated Brits in for holidays from May
Although international travel out of the UK is currently on hold until mid-May, Cyprus will allow UK travellers in quarantine free from 1 May – as long as they have had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine. The second dose must have been administered at least seven days before travelling.
Deputy tourism minister Savvas Perdios calls it a ‘green light for travellers.’ According to the UK’s roadmap out of lockdown, the earliest date people will be able to travel abroad for a holiday is 17 May.
