The Nevis Tourism Authority announced Delta Air Lines will add a second weekly flight to St Kitts for the peak December holiday season.
The carrier is doubling capacity with a midweek departure from Atlanta alongside its existing Saturday flight from mid-December to mid-January 2017.
Delta currently operates that flight with a Boeing 757 jet featuring economy, economy comfort and business class seats.
"This additional flight will make travel to Nevis even easier during what is our busiest period," said Mark Brantley St. Kitts and Nevis minister of foreign affairs and aviation.
"Our tourism figures support the demand for increased seat capacity and flights to the island and we’re glad that Delta has provided this welcome addition."
