DK travel guides go online

Friday, 12 Jan, 2007 0

Dorling Kindersley’s travel guides are to be made available online through a dedicated website to be launched next month.

The website www.travel.dk.com is due to go live on February 12, bringing the company’s travel guides to the online community.

The site will initially cover some 50 of the world’s top destinations, from Amsterdam and Andalucia through to the Virgin Islands and Washington.

It will offer travel tips and advice, together with reviews and ratings from the company’s travel guides and fellow travellers.

Users signing up to a free monthly DK Eyewitness Travel newsletter at www.travel.dk.com will get a 25% discount when buying any DK Eyewitness Travel Guide online.
