Estonian switches to Amadeus
Â
Estonian Air ticket offices, online booking environment and web page will be cutting over to the Amadeus IT platform this weekend.
Â
As a result, the booking and selling of tickets will face disturbances in all channels – internet, travel agencies, plus the airline’s ticket offices and call centre.
Â
Estonian Air has apologised to agents and customers for any inconvenience, and kindly requests for bookings to be made before May 3 and 4.
Â
The airline said the new IT platform will enable it to provide more advanced and convenient services, for instance e-tickets, and check-in with e-ticket will be considerably easier and smoother.
Â
Estonian Air will continue to modernise and develop customer service, including the launch of internet check-in and check-in kiosks this summer.
