Etihad Airways has announced it will commence operations to Seoul on December 12.
The airline will operate a daily return service to the South Korean capital’s Incheon Airport from its home base in Abu Dhabi using A330-200s in a three cabin configuration.
Onward connections mean travel is now possible between London and Seoul via Abu Dhabi.
Seoul will be the 65th destination on the airline’s network. Etihad’s chief executive officer James Hogan said the route has been added because Korean business has been building a strong presence in the UAE.
