Foreign airlines cancel US flights over 5G fears
Airlines across Asia have started suspending flights to the US over fears of flight disruption from new 5G cell phone service. Air India has suspended services to San Francisco, Chicago and JFK, but will fly to Washington DC where 5G is not scheduled to launch yet.
ANA and Japan Airlines are canceling some flights. Gulf carrier Emirates said it will suspend flights into nine US airports.
C-band 5G could potentially interfere with some aircraft navigation equipment.

Are these airlines some of those that are already flying into the 58 countries that have deployed 5G already? Japan had deployed 5G as well as some Middle Eastern countries. If these airlines ARE already flying into 5G countries, then what is different about the US deployment of 5G that makes it potentially unsafe for these foreign carriers? too bad our FAA and FCC didn't have their acts together with the 5G providers.
