George to take Moss’ role at BA

Friday, 07 Jun, 2004 0

Martin George has been promoted to a new role that will fill the gap left by the departure of Dale Moss.

Mr George’s new role as commercial director encompasses the responsibilities of Dale Moss, who is leaving BA in June after five years as director of sales worldwide and about 30 years with the airline altogether.

Mr George, 42, has been at BA for 18 years and is currently director of marketing and commercial development. He takes on the new role in July and continues to report to chief executive Rod Eddington.

A further promotion was of Robert Boyle, currently general manager fleet and network planning, to the role of director of commercial planning.
