Get Dad on a high on Fathers’ Day!

Friday, 09 Aug, 2007 0

Parenthood has its highs and lows – but dads who find themselves on top of Sydney Tower this Father’s day will definitely be on a high!

Entry to Sydney’s tallest building, including the exciting outdoor Skywalk attraction, the OzTrek motion ride and the Observation Deck, will be free to all dads on the Father’s Day weekend on September 1-2 when accompanied by another full-paying adult.

Perfect for Father’s Day outings or gift ideas, the special offer represents savings of up to $99.

Under Sydney Tower’s Father’s Day offer:

** Sydney Tower + OzTrek: Dads will receive free entry to Sydney Tower’s observation deck and OzTrek experience on the September 1-2 weekend, 2007, when accompanied by another full-paying adult, representing a saving of $24. And if the whole family heads to the top with dad, entry is reduced to $42 for a family of four – an $18 saving off the standard family ticket.

Download the voucher at www.sydneytoweroztrek.com.au to take advantage of the offer.

** Sydney Skywalk: Thrillseeking dads will receive a free ticket to Sydney Skywalk, the high-altitude outdoor viewing adventure on September 1-2 when accompanied by another full-paying adult – a saving of $89 on day/night walks and $99 on beautiful dusk walks.

And if kids aged 10 and over join dad in his ‘over-the-edge’ escapade, a Skywalk ticket for a family of four is available from $174.50 – a $75 saving off the standard family ticket. Entry to Skywalk also includes access to the observation deck and OzTrek ride.

Advance booking for Sydney Skywalk is essential and gift certificates are available. Call 02 9333 9200 and quote the free Father’s Day offer.

The minimum age for Skywalk is 10 years. To watch Skywalk in action, view the video at www.sydneyskywalk.com.au.

More than twice as high as the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Tower boasts unmatched views of one of the world’s most spectacular cities as well as 85km beyond towards the Blue Mountains, Central Coast and South Coast.

One of Australia’s largest simulated rides, OzTrek combines surround sound, real motion and 3D imagery to provide a magic carpet ride across Australia.

The 90-minute Sydney Skywalk tour sees participants walk outside across the roof of Sydney Tower’s golden turret, 260 metres above city streets. Decked out in Skysuits and harnessed to safety railings, Skywalkers venture out onto glass-floored platforms dizzily suspended over the tower’s edge.
