Golfing is highlighted during new Carnival cruises

Saturday, 16 Nov, 2005 0

Carnival’s new six and eight-day cruises from Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean and the Bahamas are stressing golf opportunities.

The cruise line says its one-of-a-kind itinerary which debated 12 November offers some of the “most beautiful and challenging courses in the Caribbean and the Bahamas.”

Six-day cruises depart Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades to Freeport, The Bahamas; George Town, Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico. Eight-day cruises go to the eastern and western Caribbean and The Bahamas.

Many of the courses are designed by world-famous architects such as George Fazio and Jack Nicklaus.
