Holiday Extras is acquiring Kent based tech firm Future Generation Services (FGS).

FGS becomes its third major tech investment this year.

For over a decade, FGS has been complementing Holiday Extras’ ParkIT technology by developing ticket kiosks and key lockers.

By joining forces, it allows Holiday Extras to further leverage FGS’s hardware with ParkIT airport parking software.

Holiday Extras’ ParkIT software includes ‘Meet & Greet’, ‘Drop & Go’ and ‘Valet’ services

A 100% acquisition, Holiday Extras Group will keep the existing FGS offices in Rochester and continue to collaborate with its team, with founder Delroy Marks staying on.

“Working with ParkIT and the Holiday Extras Group for over ten years has been a fulfilling experience, and helped us to grow our businesses together,” Marks said.

Oli Ashford, Managing Director of ParkIT, said, “We’ve worked closely with the FGS team to deliver solutions for airport parking across the globe and their technology has become an important part of our business and long-term strategy.”
