Hotels4u.com checks in with £3m profit

Sunday, 24 Nov, 2006 0

Trade-only accommodation supplier Hotels4u.com has claimed a pre-tax profit of £3 million in its third year of operation.

The company, formerly know as Trustaccommodation.com, has seen its business grow by 80% in the past 12 months, a period described as “challenging”.

Forward sales for Winter 2006 and Summer 2007 are running 147% up on the same time last year, according to the company.

“The support provided by its joint major shareholder Associated Newspapers Ltd has been instrumental in its growth enabling the management and staff to concentrate fully on providing an unequalled product through an evergrowing trade distribution network,” a company statement said.
