JetBlue appoints network planning VP

JetBlue Airways has named John Checketts as new vice president, network planning.
Checketts will be responsible for all network strategy through route planning, schedule planning and charter functions.
Checketts joined JetBlue in 2004 and has held a number of roles across revenue management, financial planning and analysis, and route planning.
He will report to Scott Laurence, JetBlue’s senior vice president, airline planning.
"We are thrilled to welcome John into his new role. He brings a wealth of experience and the depth of knowledge needed to deliver on the complex task of defining our overall network strategy," said Laurence.
