JetBlue is ramping up service at focus city Long Beach with a new route and added frequencies to three more destinations.
The airline will launch flights to San Jose in January four times daily and is kicking it off with an introductory fare offer of $39 one-way.
San Jose becomes JetBlue’s 13th destination from Long Beach.
"We want to give our customers in Long Beach even more JetBlue love by offering our award-winning service on more routes to more destinations throughout the west. Since landing in Long Beach in 2001, our customers have come to expect nothing but the best when they fly and we can’t wait to welcome them aboard these new flights," said Dave Clark, vice president of network planning.
The airline is also increasing flights on its Las Vegas, San Francisco and Salt Lake City routes bringing its number of daily departures up to 35 from Long beach.
