JetBlue has announced an upcoming shift in operations in Houston.
It will relocate from Houston Hobby Airport to the larger Bush Intercontinental Airport on October 27.
JetBlue flies to Houston from Boston Logan and New York JFK airports.
"JetBlue regularly evaluates network performance, demand and customer feedback. The move to Bush Intercontinental is aimed at strengthening JetBlue’s relevance in New York and Boston, while also growing the customer base in Houston," JetBlue said.
Final flights will leave Hobby Airport on October 26 for a hopefully seamless transition operating out of Terminal A at Bush Airport the following day.
Customers booked on flights after October 26 will be automatically rebooked on flights to and from Bush Intercontinental Airport, or may request a full refund.
JetBlue also announced new three times a week nonstop service between New York and San José, Costa Rica, beginning on November 1.
