John Glen appointed UK tourism minister

Friday, 16 June 20173 min read

John Glen, MP for Salisbury, has been confirmed as parliamentary under secretary for tourism, along with arts and heritage.

He will work alongside Tracey Crouch, MP for Chatham and Aylesford, who has been reappointed as parliamentary under secretary with a brief that includes sport and the National Lottery and society lotteries.

It had previously been believed that Crouch was also taking on the tourism role, after she tweeted that she’d been ‘reappointed’.

In fact, she had not been given exactly the same role.
