Jumeirah boss to retire
Jumeirah Group has announced the retirement of CEO Guy Crawford.
He will leave in June 2012 after 10 years with the company.
Jumeirah Group executive chairman Gerald Lawless said: "We are immensely grateful to Guy Crawford for his tireless and energetic contribution to Jumeirah. He will leave behind an enduring memory of his tremendous passion for the business as well as a huge appetite for the unexpected challenge. We wish Guy and his family every happiness for the future."
Jumeirah has also appointed Nicholas Clayton as COO. He was previously president and later CEO at Viceroy Hotel Group and before that with Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental.
