Kuoni is reported to be close to selling off its luxury ski holiday arm.
The tour operator has been negotiating over the sale of Ski Verbier to Bluebird Partners for about a year reports the Sunday Times but a deal is thought to be imminent.
Kuoni announced in September that it planned a shake -up of operations.
The company bought Ski Verbier in 2007 as part of its acquisition of CV Travel.
