Loganair no longer for sale
Scottish regionally airline Loganair has taken itself off the market.
Owners Stephen and Peter Bond put up the airline for sale a year ago.
They have been owners of the business for a decade.
In October 2022, it instructed advisers to find a buyer.
The Bonds said: “There has never been a time-bound reason for the sale of Loganair, and we remain committed to the company.”
The ‘suspension of the sale process’ will now allow the business to complete a fleet renewal programme.
A Loganair spokesperson said: “Loganair continues to trade profitably and free of debt – and Loganair’s management team welcomes Stephen and Peter’s ongoing commitment to supporting the airline.”
