Luxury travel specialist OS Private Travel has become ATOL protected so that it can offer packages to its clients.
The company has also rebranded to become Oxford Private Travel, bringing it more closely aligned to its parent The Oxford Ski Company.
It said the new name also capitalised on the link to Oxford, the internationally-recognised city where the company is based.
Oxford Private Travel previously focused on villas, yachts, and private islands, but can now offer flights and other services.
It has also added a range of luxury hotels across the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Dubai and North America.
Director of operations Diana Cherry said the new direction was driven by customer research.
"Their candid and honest feedback helped shape the range of services," she said.
The operator has launched a new website which it claims is fully optimised and responsive for smart phones and tablets.
Nearly half of visitors last year were viewing from a mobile device, it said.
