Menzies appointed joint administrators for Eos
Menzies Corporate Restructuring has been appointed administrators in the UK in connection with the recent US Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of Eos Airlines.
The company has invited anyone interested in acquiring the business or assets of the all-business class airline to contact Geoff Bouchier or John Norris at Menzies.
Potential buyers in the US should contact Nick Alvarez, managing director at Alvarez & Marsal.
Eos filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code on April 26 and ceased operations the following day.
