MSC Seascape introduces DJ music thrill ride
MSC Cruises announced details of onboard entertainment options on the line’s upcoming ship, MSC Seascape.
Debuting this December, MSC Seascape will feature new experiences for thrill-seeking guests, including flagship ride ROBOTRON.
It offers the thrill of a rollercoaster at sea combined with a personalised DJ music experience.
The ship will also feature two brand-new VR experiences among other high-tech entertainment.
Brandon Briggs, SVP Onboard Revenues at MSC Cruises, said: ” ROBOTRON, the first-ever robotic amusement ride on a cruise ship, will create a new standard of fun with an immersive, customized ride experience, unique to each rider.”
ROBOTRON is a robotic arm with an attached gondola that seats three guests 53 metres above the sea.
Riders will hang over the edge of the deck, and twist and turn and flip upside down in different directions.
It will offer a personalised DJ experience where guests can curate colours, music preferences and more.
The rhythm and bass is visualised as colourful patterns.
Riders can also select their thrill level, making ROBOTRON both a family-friendly and high-thrill experience
