On the 8 day/7 night program, guests will experience UNESCO World Heritage Byzantine Ravenna, Leonardo da Vinci’s Cesenatico, and soaring San Marino, They’ll learn to cook Italian at one of Italy’s top cookery schools, stay in a country house and a city-center hotel and taste local wines, local olive oils, cheeses, prosciuttos and other local specialty artisan foods.
