New Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will manage a new 400-room luxury hotel in Las Vegas.

Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is expected to open in the first phase of the development, in late 2009 as part of the ‘Project CityCenter’ which will consist of 18 million square feet of space for a hotel/casino, retail shops, dining and entertainment venues and luxury condominiums. 

The hotel will be situated between Monte Carlo and Bellagio resorts on Las Vegas Boulevard, the city’s legendary “Strip”.  The US$5 billion property will be built in a multi-towered 37 story building will feature 310 guestrooms, 90 luxuriously appointed suites, seven dining venues and a spa.

The project is planned by MGM Mirage.
