Caroline MacLeod has been promoted to head of operations at tailor-made specialist operator Travel2/4.
She joined the Cendant-owned company in 2004 as one of two operations managers based at its Glasgow reservations centre following 14 years with British Airways.
MacLeod reports to Travel 2/4 managing director Shaun Hinds and assumes overall responsibility for the company’s operations function, assisted by teams in Glasgow and London.
