Pahu i‘a restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Hualälai at Historic Ka‘üpülehu on Hawai‘i’s Big Island is now offering “Hämäkua & Beyond,” a new seasonal menu featuring specialty dishes inspired by the “agricultural heartland” of the Big Island. Products are harvested from three districts that span the northern half of the island, with an emphasis on the district of Hämäkua. The offerings also extend beyond the region into the neighboring towns of Kohala and Hilo. The menu is available through June 20.
