VisitScotland is looking for three new people to join its Board as to help it prepare for major events next year.
In 2014, Scotland will host two sporting events – the Ryder Cup and Commonwealth Games – and will also celebrate the Year of Homecoming.
The paid ministerial appointments will start on August 1 2013 for three years and will require a time commitment of around two days a month from the successful candidates.
VisitScotland said it is looking for people with "experience of working in a commercial or global or corporate business or working within economic development or in the events industry".
The closing date for applications is May 31.
