Portman Travel has appointed Calum McDougall as strategic national account manager.

McDougall joins from Reed and Mackay where he worked as a strategic account development manager for key accounts across the City of London.

In his new role, he will be based in Scotland and will be responsible for key client management across the Scottish region, reporting directly into Johan Persson, vice president account management.

Persson said: “Scotland is an important region for Portman Travel and Calum’s appointment reinforces the company’s growth strategy in this market.

“We look forward to using Calum’s expertise to strengthen our relationships with our Scottish clients and expand the specialist travel management services that we offer in the region even further.”
