Report set to reveal 2012 Olympics will damage tourism
The European Tour Operators Association (ETOA) is due to release a report on Wednesday which it claims will show the 2012 London Olympics will actually have a detrimental impact on tourism.
According to the ETOA, the report will present numerical data and graphs to illustrate the scale of the negative impact on the sector.
Releasing the findings, ETOA executive director Tom Jenkins will call for specific countermeasures.
No further details of the report were released at this stage.
