Passengers taking cruises as part of Royal Caribbean International’s debut season of Dubai sailings will be offered excursions to DUBAILAND, claimed to be the world’s largest tourism, leisure and entertainment destination.
The cruise line is to run seven-night Dubai fly-cruises between January and April next year on board Brilliance of the Seas.
Passengers will have overnight stays at the beginning and end of the cruises with the line featuring DUBAILAND’s attractions in its shore excursion programme.
Phase One of DUBAILAND is now open with five live projects, including Dubai Autodrome in MotorCity, Dubai Outlet Mall in Outlet City, The Global Village, Al Sahra Desert Resort and Dubai Sports City, which contains an Ernie Els Golf Club, Butch Harmon School of Golf and a cricket stadium.
Other projects under construction include The Tiger Woods Dubai, Dubai Golf City, City of Arabia, F1X theme park at MotorCity, Dubai Lifestyle City, Palmarosa and Al Barari.
Design and development is underway on theme parks including Universal Studios, Dreamworks, Marvel, Six Flags and LEGOLAND.
