RwandAir launching first direct Paris flights
RwandAir is starting its first direct Paris flights this summer.
The route is set to launch on 27 June 2023.
It becomes the only direct route linking Kigali and Paris.
The launch of three times a week Paris flights adds a 25th destination to its route map.
It departs Kigali each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Yvonne Makolo, RwandAir CEO, said: “The launch of our first-ever Paris flights s an exciting development in RwandAir’s continuing expansion.”
“France is a major market for RwandAir as we connect the continents of Africa and Europe.
RwandAir has ambitious plans to double its fleet over the next five years and move to its new home at Bugesera International Airport.
The new airport is being built to handle one million passengers a year during its first phase of operation.
