Sales team expands at Complete Cruise Solution
Complete Cruise Solution has expanded and restructured its sales teams to boost bookings for P&O Cruises, Cunard, Princess Cruises and Ocean Village.
Iain Baillie has been promoted to senior sales manager for the newly created Midlands region, reporting directly to head of sales Giles Hawke.
Baillie has been with the company for four years as a regional sales manager with responsibility for managing travel trade relationships within the South West region.
Reporting to Baillie, Georgina Morgan has joined as sales assistant. She previous worked in the P&O Cruises reservations department.
Senior sales managers Paul Ludlow and Justin Pearson have moved regions and now manage the South West region and multiple accounts, respectively.
Graeme Benge has joined the North West team, taking on responsibility for a number of key travel agent partners and reporting to senior sales manager Steve Morrish.
Benge previously worked for Lloyds TSB as a team leader.
In a second newly created team, Lee Roper joins as e-sales executive reporting to sales planning manager Mark Pilkington.
Roper previously worked as sales manager for a website design and development company and will take responsibility for developing the CCS online strategy, develop and manage pay per click campaigns and develop a number of online projects.
Matt Grimes will be joining in early May to provide maternity cover for sales operations manager Victoria Simmons until Spring 2008.
He has been with Carnival UK for several years and most recently worked as planning and operations manager for Swan Hellenic.
