The Stella Group this morning announced plans to make an off-market takeover offer for all remaining units in the S8 Property Trust.
With Stella currently owning 35% of the S8 Property Trust following the merger between MFS and S8 in December last year, they are offering $1.04 per unit, with the offer subject to a 90% acceptance minumum.
The S8 Property Trust portfolio is valued at more than $114 million.
