Switzerland drops most Covid restrictions
The Swiss government has lifted almost all Covid restrictions. Covid certificates are no longer required for restaurants, bars and other venues.
Caps on the size of private gatherings have also been scrapped but masks on public transport will continue. "Switzerland is taking a decisive and important step towards normality," said Swiss President Ignazio Cassis.
The government also kept in place a need.for people to isolate for five days if tested positive.
