Editor’s Note

Dear TravelMole Member

Looking back on the past year it is hard to believe the
staggering changes that have taken place in the industry – many
as a direct consequence of the tragic events of September 11.
Our review of the year looks at some of the changes that have
taken place in the last 12 months:
http://www.travelmole.com/item/67008

There is a saying that whatever does not destroy you makes you
stronger, and we hope this will prove true for the travel
industry in 2002.

As for TravelMole – it has been a remarkable year – we have
grown from just 3,000 members last November to now over 15,000.
Monthly page impressions are up to 118,000 (Nov 2001) and there
are now 15 corporate members. We have a forward features list
for 2002, so to plan your advertising campaigns with TravelMole
please contact Richard Lough, mailto:[email protected]
Deadlines will be 2 weeks prior for bookings and 1 week for copy.

On behalf of all the TravelMole team, I wish you a very happy
Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Best wishes

Richard Hammond
