Trainline appoints hotel provider
LateRooms has been appointed the exclusive provider of hotel rooms for TheTrainline.
Over 6,500 hotels on the late availability accommodation website will be available for TheTrainline customers.
TheTrainline will run a white-label booking engine using LateRooms’ database, which customers will be able to access from a link on the homepage.
Currently, 60% of TheTrainline’s customers buy tickets involving an overnight stay.
TheTrainline commercial director Ben Pearson said: “Hotels and train tickets are a natural combination, and linking up with LateRooms allows us to offer great deals on combined travel options.”
