Avis has clinched a three-year deal to provide car hire via online rail provider The Trainline.
Car rental will be available to book alongside rail tickets, flights and hotels on the site.
All Avis UK rental points will be mapped on the Trainline website to created an integrated transport solution, according to the rail company.
Corporate Avis customers can earn points for each rental.
Avis UK head of retail sales Srah Oglethorpe said: “Avis’ online capability and The Trainline’s route planning expeirence makes this the perfect partnership.”
