TravelCLICK has new customer base

TravelClICK added over 5,000 hotels when it acquired Vantis International Corporation.

Vantis is a travel reservations and marketing services firm.

TravelCLICK is a provider of hotel business process management solutions. It has over 8,000 customers in more than 140 countries.

Together, the two companies will have more than 630 employees and revenues of $100 million, according to a news release.

“Under the new organization, we will offer customers a full set of solutions beyond traditional reservations and marketing services, including best practice revenue management strategies,” said Robert Post, president and CEO of TravelCLICK.
