UK terror threat is downgraded
The terror threat in the UK has been downgraded from “severe” to “substantial”, but the Home Office has warned the public to remain vigilant.
The threat level had been last changed in January last year where it was raised to “severe”.
According to the Home Office, a “severe” threat means an attack highly likely, while a “substantial” threat means an attack is a strong possibility.
